All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each Lacuna piece is carefully inspected and undergoes thorough quality control prior to shipping.

That said, we want you to truly love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you receive a damaged chain or a disfigured pendant, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and do our best to make it right.
